This is another variation using the basic butter cookies recipe. Using the basic butter cookie recipe is what makes this cookie recipe real easy. Sometimes I make the basic butter cookie and divide the dough in half, that way I can make two different kinds of cookies.

Makes about 4 dozen cookies
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Ingredients for basic butter cookies
Follow recipe for basic butter cookies, mixing in crunchy peanut butter and chocolate chips after adding the flour. Roll tablespoon of dough into a 1 1/4-inch balls. Bake until bottoms are browned about 10 to 12 minutes.
