Serves 6

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons melted butter


In a blender mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt and one teaspoon butter.  Cover and refrigerate for an hour.  Heat skillet over medium high heat and brush with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into center of the pan, swirl to completely coat the surface of the skillet.  Cook for about 1 minute and flip.  Cook until golden.  Repeat with remaining batter.
