This is a great chocolate bark for the holidays, but who wants to wait another nine months to make it, right?
This super simple recipe takes a few minutes to prepare.
Inspired by Cooking Light, January-February 2012
- 2 tablespoon crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 ounce small salted broken honey wheat pretzel sticks (about 2/3 cup)
- 1 (12-ounce) package premium white chocolate chips
Place chocolate in a 1-quart glass measure. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate melts, stirring every 30 seconds. Add half of the pretzel, cranberries and ginger, stir well.
Using a spatula spread mixture evenly into a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining pretzel, cranberries and ginger over chocolate. Freeze 10 minutes.
